You should avoid the high calcium food. On the contrary, the person who doesn't have a history of kidney stones, need not worry about the diet. However the person with kidney stone should take a proper diet that will not encourage the stone to grow.

Intake OTC products can increase the risk of forming kidney stone. : People who take water-pills or diuretics on a regular basis and those intake high amounts of antacids that contain calcium, end up increasing the calcium content in their urine. It may increase the risk of forming stones. Patients with HIV who take the medication indinavir (Crixivan) have the possibility of forming indinavir stones.
